Brenda, originally from California, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Sandbox ABA who brings over 7 years of experience and expertise working with individuals with autism.
Her experience working with children and their families in a special education setting inspired her to serve the special needs community in hopes to continue making a positive impact in their lives and all those involved. She pursued a master’s degree in Special Education specializing in ABA & Autism at Texas State University. Over the years her experience extended from the home setting to clinical, schools, camps, and the community.
Brenda is dedicated in working with families to help them understand their child’s abilities and teach them how to apply the principles of ABA in their daily life.Her goal is to maximize each child’s success by providing the child’s families, teachers, and caregivers with the necessary resources and support.
In her free time, Brenda enjoys playing video & board games, perfecting her baking skills, and discovering the best coffee & hiking trails around town!
